Driver Referral Bonus!

Attention All Teammates! We are excited to roll out a new driver referral program for 2021! (Note- this new plan will not have any effect on current driver referral bonus plans that you are actively involved in.)In the interest of growing our fleet with top tier, qualified drivers like yourselves, we are asking you to continue your efforts in bringing more professionals to come join our fleet! Effective April 1st, 2021, we will be officially rolling out our new driver referral bonus plan. How it works: If you refer a driver that applies at Long Haul and gets qualified, who then proceeds to come to and complete orientation, you will automatically earn $2,000.00 on your next paycheck! THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU CAN REFER. Freight volumes are soaring and we are blessed to be built on a client base that can provide enough freight to keep trucks busy. Keep in mind, we always have our reputation to look out for, and only want to hire on individuals that will honor the Long Haul name with hard work and respect in the same way that all our current drivers do! The bottom line is that with our clients being as busy as they are, and business growing ever forward, we need as many of our drivers working as possible! Being put out of service isn’t fun for anyone and can cause a delay in the successes of our drivers, clients, and companies. One area we really want to bring focus on deals direct with air suspension pressure loss. Please ensure that during your pre-trip inspections that the truck is running, air bags are full, and weight is properly distributed. By doing so, we can help ensure that there won’t be any issues with our leveling valves as we move down the road!
