Anthony Book Long Haul Trucking

Club 94 2.0
As you all know, we have moved Club 94’s location to a different sector of the business center across the street from Long Haul. With that occurring, the biggest importance for us is that our new facility offers the same accommodations that our drivers have come accustomed to utilizing and more! Although the space is not as large as the one we used to have, it will still offer a place for you to get out of your truck to shower, watch some TV or enjoy a meal. There will be 24 hour card access to the new Club 94 2.0 through the glass entrance on the Northeast side of the building (closest to LHT’s main office). If you have any additional questions, please reach out to a member of Long Haul’s staff and we will work to get you an answer as quickly as possible.

National Employee Owned Month!
In honor of October being national Employee Ownership month, we would like to say thank you to all the employee owners that work at Long Haul every day to help keep our company rolling. Employee ownership is a very big deal for us. Not only because being an ESOP is a big part of who we are, but because of the positive work culture it endorses for the success of all our drivers and clients. Records indicate that employee owned companies tend to be more successful because of the buy in it solicits from their employees. We feel confident that all of our employee owners show up to work each day with the best of intentions for our companies success and would like to once again thank all of you for what you do!

Coming Soon: Permit Book Updates!
It’s hard to believe, but we are already over 75% through the year 2021, meaning many of our annual to-do’s are right around the corner. Near the top of this list of things that need to be accomplished is permit book renewal. Permit books are among the most critical pieces of documentation kept in our trucks and we would like to encourage all our teammates to stay ahead of the game in getting this done well before the end of the year. Stay tuned for additional important information regarding permit book renewals and how the process will be handled this year.

The Bottom Line
As we head into November with colder temperatures soon, we would like to suggest that all our drivers consider the usage of fuel additivies to prevent gelling up. Fuel additivies, fuel filters, and a close eye on the weather forecast can help play major roles in how successful of a winter we have. This is especially important to consider when you fuel in a southern state and may be northern bound, as many fuel stops in the south do not mix any additives in with their diesel fuel. Thank you to all our drivers for your great work this year, let’s keep rolling strong for the next two months and finish 2021 on the best note possible!
