Our Anniversaries Speak For Themselves!
At Long Haul Trucking, recent milestone anniversaries ranging from 10 to 20 years say more than just time served; they reflect a culture built on honesty, fairness, and truthfulness. In an industry where turnover is common, these long tenures highlight what’s possible when drivers are treated with respect, communicated with transparently, and supported consistently. Our employee-ownership mindset reinforces that every driver has a voice and a stake in the company’s success, creating an environment where people choose to stay, grow, and take pride in what they do. Retention isn’t something we talk about, it’s something we live every day through the relationships we build and the standards we uphold.
Drivers Wanted!
At Long Haul Trucking, our drivers are more than operators behind the wheel, they are the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a workplace where drivers are genuinely valued as people, not just numbers, by supporting their goals both on the road and at home. Getting our drivers home to their families remains a top priority, because we believe a strong work-life balance leads to long-term success and satisfaction. Along with competitive, performance driven pay, we offer a variety of opportunities that allow drivers to grow, develop their skills, and build a career they can be proud of. When our drivers succeed, Long Haul succeeds, and that shared commitment is what makes our team truly special.
The Count Down to 40!
This July marks a major milestone for Long Haul Trucking, 40 years of hard work, growth, and commitment to doing things the right way. From our early days to where we stand today, this anniversary represents the dedication of every driver, employee, and partner who has played a role in building something special. As an employee-owned company, it’s a celebration that belongs to all of us, past and present, who take pride in the work, the relationships, and the reputation we’ve built together. We’re looking forward to honoring this achievement in the months ahead and reflecting on the journey that got us here, while keeping our focus on the road ahead and the opportunities still to come.
Safety Tip of the Month – Be Ready for Roadcheck
With the CVSA International Roadcheck taking place this May, it’s a great time to double down on the fundamentals that keep you safe and inspection ready every day. This year’s focus includes ELD compliance and cargo securement, so take a few extra minutes to ensure your logs are accurate, up to date, and free of any form and manner errors. On the equipment side, thoroughly check your securement; this includes straps, chains, binders, and loose items that could be overlooked but still result in violations. A clean, well-organized truck and trailer not only reflect professionalism but also helps inspections go smoother. Remember, every inspection is an opportunity to showcase the pride you take in your equipment and your commitment to doing the job the right way.
