Earning Opportunity Awaits!

At Long Haul Trucking, our percentage pay model is designed to keep our drivers directly connected to the success of the freight market. When rates rise, driver pay rises right along with them, creating real-time earning potential without waiting for annual adjustments or policy changes. It’s a system built on fairness, transparency, and shared success, rewarding the professionalism and service our drivers deliver every day to customers who value quality transportation. March was a fantastic month for our team, filled with strong performance and positive momentum across the board. As we move further into the year, we’re energized by the opportunities ahead and excited to continue building a strong, successful year together.

Drivers Wanted!

At Long Haul Trucking, our drivers are more than operators behind the wheel, they are the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a workplace where drivers are genuinely valued as people, not just numbers, by supporting their goals both on the road and at home. Getting our drivers home to their families remains a top priority, because we believe a strong work-life balance leads to long-term success and satisfaction. Along with competitive, performance driven pay, we offer a variety of opportunities that allow drivers to grow, develop their skills, and build a career they can be proud of. When our drivers succeed, Long Haul succeeds, and that shared commitment is what makes our team truly special.

Refer and Earn

Some of our best drivers joined Long Haul Trucking because another driver told them about the opportunity. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of. When our drivers recommend friends, former coworkers, or fellow professionals from the road, it speaks volumes about the culture we’ve built. If you know a professional driver who values strong communication, reliable freight, and a company that respects the work they do every day, we’d love to meet them. As demand from our customers increase, our drivers play a key role in helping refer more quality drivers to help strengthen our capacity and network stability overall!

Safety Tip of the Month: Welcome to Spring!

As spring arrives, changing road conditions require extra awareness behind the wheel. Freeze-thaw cycles, potholes, soft shoulders, and sudden weather shifts can create unexpected hazards, especially on rural routes and construction zones. Reduce speed on rough or wet surfaces, increase following distance, and stay alert for crews repairing winter road damage. A few extra moments of caution help protect you, your equipment, and everyone sharing the road, because safe miles are always the most important miles.
