Elite Opportunities Await!

Professional drivers, elite equipment and a strong customer base are three of the key components to Long Haul Trucking’s playbook for sustainability and success. As we drive towards a successful finish for the first quarter of 2026, we are in great position thanks to our amazing customers demand for us to add more professional drivers across the board! Whether you are an Owner Operator or company driver we would love to speak with you about the opportunities available to drive with our team! Earnings matter. Respect matters more. At Long Haul Trucking, our drivers aren’t truck numbers, they’re the backbone of everything we do. If you’re a professional driver looking for elite opportunity, great equipment, and a team that has your back, it’s time to make a move. Join a company that still believes drivers come first.

Teamwork for the Win!

At Long Haul Trucking, we believe great companies are built through teamwork and that includes every driver who represents our name on the road. Customers have told us that a big part of why they chose to work with Long Haul is because of the amazing representation our professional drivers make for them when delivering their goods! Our dispatchers, safety team, and operations staff work closely with drivers every day to keep communication strong and problems solved quickly. When drivers succeed, our entire company succeeds. That team first culture is exactly why we’re always looking for professional drivers who take pride in being part of something bigger than just the next load.

Refer and Earn!

Some of our best drivers joined Long Haul Trucking because another driver told them about the opportunity. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of. When our drivers recommend friends, former coworkers, or fellow professionals from the road, it speaks volumes about the culture we’ve built. If you know a professional driver who values strong communication, reliable freight, and a company that respects the work they do every day, we’d love to meet them. As demand from our customers increases, our drivers play a key role in helping refer more quality drivers to help strengthen our capacity and network stability overall!

Safety Tip of the Month: Spring Thaw Awareness

As winter begins to loosen its grip across many parts of the country, the spring thaw brings a new set of challenges for professional drivers. Melting snow and frozen ground can quickly create soft shoulders, weakened rural roads, and unexpected weight restrictions especially on secondary and county routes. What looked like solid ground just weeks ago may now be unstable under the weight of a fully loaded truck. Professional drivers can stay ahead of these seasonal hazards by reducing speed on back roads, avoiding soft shoulders when possible, and paying close attention to temporary weight limit postings. Extra caution when entering job sites, gravel lots, and unpaved loading areas can prevent costly damage or getting stuck. Spring may signal the end of winter storms, but it’s also a time when awareness and patience behind the wheel are just as important for keeping drivers, equipment, and freight moving safely.
