Congrats to Richard DeCardenas! Winner of the Arctic Cat Wildcat

Richard DeCardenas won the Wildcat during the 2014 Mid-America Truck Show. Mr. DeCardenas won due to his outstanding safety record, and a little bit of lady luck.
